?? J’aimerais que tous mes gestes puissent avoir un impact positif sur cette planète. C’est impossible bien sûr… mais si ça peut commencer avec les choix de ma garde-robe, c’est déjà un petit pas qui y contribuera.

Plus besoin de vous dire à quel point j’adore dénicher de nouvelles marques, des pépites qui se lancent et affirment leur différence. Souvent très éthiques. Et loin du mass market qui nous fait parfois ressembler à des moutons.

Et si à la place, on devenait des Hotmamas ? ?

… Mais qui donc se cache derrière ce nom surprenant ? Une marque anglaise qui veut représenter la force et la beauté des femmes indépendamment de leur âge. Et une marque qui fait coexister le fun de la mode avec le sérieux de l’écologie. ??

?? I’d like all my actions to have a positive impact on this planet. Of course, it’s not possible… but if it can start with the choices of my wardrobe, it’s already a small step that will contribute to it.

No need to tell you how much I love finding new brands, treasures which affirm their difference. Often very ethical. And away from the mass market that sometimes makes us look like sheep.

And if instead, we became Hotmamas? ?

…But who is hiding behind this surprising name? A British brand which wants to represent the strength and beauty of women irrespective of age. And a brand which makes the fun of fashion coexist with the seriousness of sustainability. ??

?? Les robes portefeuilles que je porte sont fabriquées à partir de coton bio de très belle qualité, tissé à la main. Et les ajouter à votre dressing aidera les petites communautés en Thaïlande d’où provient le matériel nécessaire à leur fabrication. ?

Pour résumer : coup de cœur.

Et pour faire s’exprimer l’esprit de la marque, j’ai trouvé un endroit fabuleux : Bourne and Hollingsworth Buildings à Londres. Un restaurant à la fois chic et décontracté, qui a laissé mère nature entrer. ?

To summarize: big crush.

And to express the spirit of the brand, I found a fabulous place: Bourne and Hollingsworth Buildings in London. A restaurant both chic and casual, which let mother nature come inside. ?

?? Il y a différents espaces, et mon préféré est sans hésiter la salle – ou plutôt la « serre » – du fond, avec ses airs de maison de campagne. Le lieu parfait pour un brunch dominical, ou un tête-à-tête romantique et bucolique… ?

?? There are different spaces, and my favorite is without a doubt the back room – or rather the « garden room » – with its country house atmosphere. The perfect spot for a Sunday brunch, or a romantic and bucolic date… ?

?? D’ailleurs, la nourriture est délicieuse ! Risotto de carottes et coriandre parfait, cheesecake groseille et fleur de sureau à mourir… (eh-eh, qui a dit que les modèles ne mangeaient pas ? ?)

?? By the way, the food is delicious! Perfect heritage carrot and coriander risotto, gooseberry and elderflower cheesecake to die for… (eh-eh, who said that models don’t eat? ?)
